FDM Manufacturing:

High manufacturing capacity thanks to our 3D manufacturing centre.

The Fused Deposition Modelling (FDM) additive manufacturing technology enables the 3D printing of parts using filament material. It is the most versatile 3D printing technology in terms of materials, their characteristics, and manufacturing capacity.

Currently, IMES3D prints not only plastic materials such as ABS, PLA, or PETG but also materials reinforced with fibres and metals.

IMES3D has a farm of over 50 FDM printers, providing a high manufacturing capacity for customized plastic parts within tight delivery deadlines.

The additive manufacturing technology of MJF (Multi Jet Fusion) or SLS (Selective Laser Sintering) allows for 3D printing of parts using plastic powder. These 3D printing technologies enable the production of complex parts with ease, as well as assemblies of multiple pieces directly assembled.

Currently, IMES3D offers MJF or SLS printing services with materials such as PA12, PA11, TPA, and TPU. Additionally, the option to dye the parts is available for a better surface finish.

IMES3D provides this printing service, offering the possibility to print complex parts as well as large batches in a reduced timeframe.

Selective Laser Melting (SLM) Manufacturing:

The Selective Laser Melting (SLM) additive manufacturing technology allows for 3D printing of parts using metal powder. . It is the 3D printing technology that enables the production of complex metal parts that a CNC machine would not be able to achieve or would be very expensive.

Currently, IMES3D prints with a wide range of materials, with a focus on Aluminium, INOX 316-L, and starting to conduct tests with Titanium.
